A mesial or distal extension is required, the cantilevered extension will be of 11 mm, maximum, distally to the last post.

Base reinforcement Start with the hybrid mesh 1:6 (450 mm) from the right tension post (while avoiding the mucous support). Make a round turn knot at the base of the right tension post and briefly light cure.

Orient the reinforcement upward and always restart in tension at the upper level and progress towards the left tension post. Make a round turn knot around the left tension post and light cure as a whole.

The objective is to prevent the acrylic from sliding during offset efforts. Start with the hybrid mesh 1:4 (300 mm) at the base of the tension post with a 45 degree angle, approximately • up to the first implant post.
